Ralph was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made sure all of our requirements were fully understood and implemented. The system now runs perfectly smoothly, and all of our fulfillment data from the FTP server is transferred into Shopify without any issues.

The EZ apps team is incredible. They're extremely responsive by email (almost always less than 24 hours and sometimes immediately) and are committed to helping, not just sending you semi-related documents to read yourself. We use this and the EZ Exporter app and both are well-built, it's clear that they have thought of most use cases and also continue to improve with new feedback.

Great interface, it was easy to figure out how to prepare the CSV and upload it, fulfils select SKUs on the order or entire order via upload. Ralph is always helpful in solving any issues we have! Quick response.
