saurabh patel, Shipway has been a game-changer for our store's post-purchase experience. Before integrating it, our support team was constantly overwhelmed with "Where is my order?" (WISMO) queries. Shipway solved this overnight by allowing us to create a custom, branded tracking page hosted directly on our website, rather than sending buyers to a generic carrier portal.

Shipway has significantly improved our post-purchase workflow. The standout feature for us is the branded tracking page and the automated WhatsApp and SMS notifications, which have drastically reduced our "Where is my order?" (WISMO) support tickets. The Non-Delivery Report (NDR) management is also highly effective; automating our COD confirmations and delivery re-attempts has noticeably lowered our Return to Origin (RTO) rates.

We have been using Shipway as our courier aggregator for the past two years, and overall, our experience has been good.

Thanks to Meetu Dhar (KAM) from Customer Support for their helpful support. When the new panel UI was introduced, there were a few flaws, but the team listened to our feedback and gradually resolved many issues.

Also, appreciation to Megha Kaur from the Product Team for genuinely taking note of our suggestions. It's great to see a team that values client feedback and is willing to make improvements.

Overall, a good experience with Shipway. We hope the remaining quirks and issues will also be resolved as quickly as possible in the future.
