I switched from a popular, low-cost feed app that I wasn’t satisfied with. Its outdated interface, unhelpful support, and hard-to-navigate documentation left a lot to be desired. Switching to this app has been a completely different experience.
While it’s a bit pricier, it’s nothing compared to a dedicated ad account budget. The interface is modern and intuitive, and customer support is outstanding. Noel helped me set everything up, ensuring no duplicate pixel events and proper configuration.
This level of support is exactly what I needed. While we’ll need more time to assess the data accuracy, I’m feeling very positive about it.

The app works really well, and the customer service is great. However, since we won't be using it in the near future, we had to cancel the subscription renewal. The customer service said that simply uninstalling the app will prevent the renewal. We will continue to monitor this issue. That being said, I have to say this is a successful and good Shopify app plugin.

I had installed this app before but hadn’t explored it deeply. Today, I ran into some issues while tracking an order. Fortunately, all my questions were answered. Tracy was continuously following up on my issues. Even though I had many questions and needed lengthy discussions, she guided me with screenshots. To test our setup, she even proactively helped us place a test order. Her attitude was incredibly positive and it was a relief amidst my work stress. This software is very smart and makes data viewing very convenient—it’s the best companion for Shopify! I give it a 10-star recommendation!

Great app, very simple to use and understand. With Tracy's help, I completed all the settings. And she solved all my problems in a very short time. Most importantly, it accurately captured the event data I set on the website. 100 points for the function, 100 points for the experience, and 100 points for Tracy's service.

Needed support with an overreporting of the Meta events. Fixed the issue within several hours. Chat support was instant and another person of the team investigated the issue and reported back in less than 12 hours. Fantastic service!

Easy to set up and analytics appear to be much more accurate and reliable than both shopify and facebook. Excellent customer support with all queries since installing the app.

It's a very good application. I always refer to the application's advertising report data during the advertising process, so that I can make timely and correct budget adjustment decisions. When I encounter problems, I can contact the service staff at any time and they are always patient enough to help me solve the problem. Excellent, highly recommended.
