It's a very good application. I always refer to the application's advertising report data during the advertising process, so that I can make timely and correct budget adjustment decisions. When I encounter problems, I can contact the service staff at any time and they are always patient enough to help me solve the problem. Excellent, highly recommended.

App hỗ trợ khách hàng rất tốt. Khách hàng thắc mắc ở đâu, không hiểu ở đâu thì các bạn support gọi meeting luôn. Khi nào khách hàng hiểu thì mới an tâm. Check rất kĩ càng từ A-Z, recomment cho cả web cải thiện tốc độ nhằm tăng tỷ lệ khách hàng đến với web. Phải nói rằng mình chưa từng thấy bên nào support nhiệt tình đến vậy ạ. Following my earlier feedback:
I've tried a bunch of other tracking apps, including GTM/GA4, but none of them really worked out. The event match quality never went above 6.9. Also, the customer service knowledge at these other apps was pretty disappointing. So, I've gone back to using Omega, and honestly, they're just the best. Their customer service is top-notch, with the technical know-how to actually fix issues instead of just complicating them. Plus, the tracking is smooth and quick in Meta Ads Manager, and the event match quality is the best I've seen, hitting 8.3.
