Always excuses and always ''checking'' with dev team, 1 day works, 5 doesn't. This is not reliable when you want to scale campaigns!!!
Very disappointing experience with Omega.
I used the app expecting reliable Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking, but the tracking was inconsistent and caused more confusion than it solved. Some events were not tracked properly, while others appeared incorrectly, making it difficult to trust the data in Events Manager and Ads Manager.
For an app whose main purpose is accurate tracking, reliability should be the number one priority. I spent far too much time testing events and trying to understand whether the numbers were actually correct.
Support was not enough to make up for the problems either. When you're spending money on Meta ads, inaccurate data can directly affect your decisions and campaign optimization.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend Omega for businesses that depend heavily on accurate Meta tracking.
When the app works, it works ok, perfect good roas, but the next day - 0 orders, Budget spent. and NO it's not about the creatives or all that Facebook system. It's about that it's not consistent with the tracking!!! ERRORS EVRRYWHERE! When i send the customer service, they always say ignore them.
I have used one app before which unfortinetly is shut down, which costed me 40 euro a month, without any errors or whatsoever. Campaign was scaled to max.
I DON'T RECCOMEND WASTING YOUR TIME and MONEY!!!

Omega Facebook Pixel Meta Feed has been a game changer for our Facebook and Instagram ad tracking. Setup was quick and the support team was very responsive whenever we had questions. Event matching and purchase tracking are much more accurate now, which has helped our ROAS. Highly recommend for any Shopify store running Meta ads

This app solved a problem we'd been struggling with for months. Our purchase events weren't firing reliably and our ROAS reporting was all over the place. After setting up the Pixel and CAPI through Omega, the data finally matches between Shopify and Meta Ads Manager.
