Hi Polumi,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience and we want to be transparent with anyone reading this review.

We have been actively working with you on a support ticket regarding a data discrepancy between our app and your Meta Events Manager. Our team has provided detailed troubleshooting steps and requested additional information (event screenshots and specific dates) to help our engineers investigate further on our end.

We understand that unresolved technical issues are incredibly frustrating, especially when they impact your ad performance. However, we want to assure future merchants that our support team is real and fully dedicated to resolving issues.

Polumi, our team is still here and ready to help resolve your issue as soon as you're able to share the requested Meta Events Manager data. Please don't hesitate to reach back out via our live chat, we genuinely want to make this right for you.
