My family has been using the Omega app for three generations, and I myself have been using it for years, ever since I opened my very first stores. The support has always been excellent, fast, and reliable. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and truly helpful. It is a pity that there are only 5 stars to give because if there were 100 stars, I would gladly give them all.
Thank you so much for your incredible feedback on Omega Facebook Pixel Meta Feed App 😊💙 We are truly honored by your loyalty and trust over the years. Knowing that your family has relied on Omega across generations and that you've been with us since your very first stores means more to us than words can express.
Your kind comments about our support team, responsiveness, and service are deeply appreciated. We always strive to provide the best possible experience, and reviews like yours remind us why we love what we do. While we're grateful for the 5 stars, hearing that you would give us 100 stars if you could is the highest compliment we could receive 🌟 Thank you for being such an important part of the Omega family — we look forward to supporting your success for many more years to come 🚀
Very good app, using it for years, and very good cs team
🌟 Thank you so much for your continued support over the years! We're glad to hear the Omega Facebook Pixel Meta Feed app has served you well and that our customer service team has been helpful. We're always here for you! 💙🙌
We strongly recommend this app for anyone who relies on Facebook advertising. Since the iOS 14 update, we've been using this plugin to install Facebook Pixel, and we must say it outperforms Shopify's own solution in terms of accuracy. Accurate tracking is paramount, and this app has become our go-to tool to ensure our Facebook ads perform at their best.
Omega is not just powerful; it's incredibly user-friendly. With the ability to customize events and easily trace the origin of orders to specific ad groups, it provides a comprehensive solution for Facebook Pixel tracking. What truly sets Omega apart is its exceptional customer support. Tracy, in particular, has been a godsend. She's professional, patient, and has assisted us extensively in navigating the app's features and resolving any issues we encountered.
Apps dashboard displays results and statistics in a clear and concise manner. Having used this app for almost 2 years now, we can attest to the fantastic support provided by the Omega team. When we encountered tracking issues, we reached out to them and received assistance on the very same day. Tracy, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to investigate our account, make necessary adjustments, and ensure our problems were resolved promptly.
What truly sets Omega apart is its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. The team's responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile are exceptional. If you're worried about the accuracy of your Facebook Pixel tracking or need reliable customer support, look no further than Omega. It's a solid app that we've been using for over a couple of years, and its attribution accuracy in the current data privacy environment is nothing short of impressive.
