Excellent app, outstanding support
I installed Zotek to set up my Meta Pixel and Conversions API for my jewelry store, and I'm genuinely impressed — both with the app and with the team behind it.
The setup was straightforward: the Pixel Manager is clean, connecting the Conversions API was simple, and all the standard events (PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, CartView) started firing correctly. The server-side tracking is a real advantage — it means I'm not losing data to iOS restrictions or ad blockers.
What really stood out was the support. I ran into what I thought was a tracking issue and reached out. The team responded quickly, stayed patient, and walked me through verifying everything properly with Meta Pixel Helper. It turned out the pixel had been working correctly all along — Meta simply doesn't report events in real time, and their app runs inside Shopify's Web Pixels sandbox, which made my own console checks misleading. They took the time to explain how it actually works instead of just closing the ticket.
That kind of support makes a real difference when you're setting up tracking for the first time and want to be sure your data is solid before spending on ads.
Highly recommended for any Shopify store that needs reliable Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking.
Great app. Since using it I have never had any tracking issues. Plus, the support team is great and always helpful
我最近用这个，非常好用
the easyiest pixel connection i have ever experienced. THANK you so much for this app
Super helpful and got it all sorted :) quickly
Good working
liam was very friendly and helped me a lot!
This is probably the best app for installing the Facebook Pixel. I used to use Meta's own app called Facebook and Instagram, but I had so many issues with it. However, this app is easy to use, simple to set up the Pixel with, and it's free. I definitely recommend this app to anyone running Meta ads.

I had issues with my pixel not firing correctly — the Meta Pixel Helper wasn't detecting it and some purchase events weren't being tracked. I reached out to support and Liam got back to me quickly. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked me through the issue step by step, and had everything fixed in no time. The app works great now and the Conversion API integration is running smoothly. Highly recommend Zotek — solid app and excellent support!
