Started out really good but then went downhill. Their customer support team is horrible (LIAM), long response time and seemed disinterested in assisting, guiding me around in circles with no answer when clearly the data wasn't showing up. Whole point of a paid service is to see enhanced performance and this clearly was not worth the money.

Had some issues with setting up Catalogs for my 5 ad accounts on TikTok and the support has been very active and helpful. I am still yet new so haven't been able to see how good the tracking is but it seems to work good for now.

Zotek is a game-changer for anyone like me struggling with tracking pixels! The main features is its seamless ability to track the Facebook pixel (and even the TikTok pixel, which I haven’t used yet but plan to). The facebook events is reported in real-time.
I had been dealing with ongoing issues using META’s native Facebook&Instagram app, and switching to Zotek completely solved the problem.
It works flawlessly, and the insights are accurate and immediate, giving me full confidence in my campaigns. Replacing Meta’s native app with Zotek has been the best decision I’ve made for my store’s tracking setup.
