Very difficult onbording and very little or hard to source support from FB. However we battle on as FB is needed for Instagram intergration.

Had trouble setting it up and there was absolutely no support for getting it done. It still doesn't seem like everything is set up correctly.

It's alright. Have problems with the app sometimes. Seems glitchy and buggy. Not very streamline in connecting FB page to the app in Shopify

great and easy to use. At first it was difficult for our business to connect to our social media but now it is as easy as a click of a button

I used this to connect to fb. I liked how it worked. It would be better if all info was on 1 page instead of having to jump from page to page.

I just added the app, but it's already looking promising. I hope to achieve better retargeting and take my marketing strategy to another level
Installing was easy, hopefully generating targeted traffic will be easy too. The hardest thing in e-commerce is generating meaningful traffic.
I navigated the process, it seems overly complex between on parties. The help menus from shopify did NOT match the steps on FB and vice verse.
