Facebook & Instagram

I think there are all sorts of good intentions but they are racing to utilize AI and the bugs have not been worked out. I have had repeated issued in the 3 weeks that I have been trying to use this app and am very frustrated with the delay in getting a person involved to actually fix the issues - many were non issues but AI issues.

Not great, sometimes it's connected, other time it's not. Also I had someone from Shopify tell me the issue is because I'm in the UK and not USA as to why my products were active but not showing as active! All products do not sync - right now it's telling me that a Sync has failed but when I click it says no products to show.
Just adds an extra stress to running a small business to be honest.

Horrible experience, its not intuitive and no instructions. One of the worst apps on Shopify. I am struggling to just do the basic setup and connecting my instagram with Shopify. They could have made it seamless but the apps seems too rigid and full of bureaucracy. I left few messages and no one called, so not an easy way to even get in touch with someone.

このアプリも急にアクセスできなくなってアカウントにログインできない。
使う以前に使いこなせない、全くユーザーフレンドリーじゃない。

I think this a great service and it's helpful it's all linked together in one place... making it easy for someone like me, who doesn't have much experience and not very tech savvy.

I would like more IG specific - direct IG tools. IG will be my marketing tool and where my ads and visiblity will be. Always having to go through and deal with FB first, in my case was unecessary.

I don't believe it's possible to get this app to work. I've followed countless instructions, followed videos, googled it, asked Insta and FB no matter what I do it still ends up with the status as "In review". I don't mind that it's probably something I've done wrong. What I do mind is there's nowhere to find out what's wrong and how to put it right! Where's the help? Step by step instructions? Useless.

Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von der Benutzerfreundlichkeit und der nahtlosen Integration der Facebook & Instagram App auf Shopify. Die Synchronisation meiner Produkte mit meinem Facebook-Shop verlief reibungslos, und ich konnte ohne Probleme Anzeigen auf beiden Plattformen schalten. Besonders hilfreich war die Möglichkeit, alle meine Produkte über eine einzige Plattform zu verwalten und zu bewerben.

Die App bietet klare Anweisungen und hilfreiche Funktionen, die die Verwaltung von Facebook- und Instagram-Werbung wirklich einfach machen. Das Team hinter der App reagiert zudem schnell und unterstützt bei der Lösung von Problemen. Ich freue mich darauf, noch mehr mit der App zu arbeiten und mein Geschäft weiter auszubauen.

Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden, der seinen Shopify-Shop mit Facebook und Instagram verbinden und seine Reichweite erweitern möchte!

One of the worst platform to sell in Meta especialy since they stopped the shop on the Desktop computers and focused of Mobile only.

Your ads on desktops becomes full of errors and missed links.

Meta support is null!!
