The compatibility across platforms is impressive and helpful!
We use Shopify and also Instagram for our business.
This app is very easy to use. I was able to use this app with ease. I'm hoping it attracts customers to my store.
the process was too complex, i kept getting different requirements and finally the product are not showing on FB.

It sounds like you may be referring to the Facebook Shop channel and are having trouble getting your products synced over to your Facebook page. why to promote it, let me install it and them to block it with the reason that is if not available in my country?
Thank you for providing your feedback here, and I'm sorry to hear that you were denied used of the Facebook sales channel. Facebook do outline their eligibility requirements for using the feature and sometimes this may not be realized until you have installed the app and tried to connect your account to Shopify.

too difficult to set up . I have been trying for hours . keep getting error codes . documentation is not adequate

I'm better off running ads on my business manager outside of the shopify channel. I can do both IG and FB at once.
Thank you for your feedback! When you create and ad through Facebook Channel, Facebook automatically determines the best placement for the ad across its audience network. It helped me promote ads. But it's so hard to figure out how to link my Instagram shopping. So I wish it did that.
Helped me expand my customer reach. While not certain on its impact yet, best to send over a new review later on.
Please launch Instagram Shop for Pakistan soon. I love the Facebook Shop Thoroughly. Just want Instagram shop now.
Not intuitive for new users. It took hours to understand what I was missing in order to activate my facebook shop.
