Not easy to use at all. It struggles to connect to Pages, and the shop doesn’t function properly. Sometimes the Facebook Shop works—but often it doesn’t. Product tagging is unreliable and frequently reports items as unavailable even when they’re in stock. Support is virtually nonexistent; instead of real help, you’re just pointed to generic setup instructions. Overall, it’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Hasta el momento ha sido una experiencia no tan sencilla como otras aplicaciones, pero una vez que comprendes como manejar los distintos ítems es bastante eficiente.

The app is still having issues connecting shop catalogues to Facebook ads Manager. There are no instructions and even tech-support does not have solutions. Again a colossal waste of time.

es prácticamente imposible enlazar la tienda de shopify con instagram, llevo meses intentándolo y siempre hay algún problema

The Meta Business Suite is a nightmare and I'm having to hire a consultant to straighten it out. I can't link my facebook page for some unknown reason. I can't even log in half the time to Meta as there are 2 of us that are admins. Building campaigns, you can edit them but it won't take you back to where you left off. Overall, it's very difficult.

Je ne vois aucun changement ni différence que si je ne le mets pas...
J'aimerais bien que vous expliquiez mieux les fonctions de ces options svp

It does not give me succinct reasoning when a product is rejected, just says against commercial policies.
Accepts half of our products, but not the other half.

Je trouve que tout cela reste compliqué pour des TPEs comme la mienne - jargon hyper technique; des bugs réguliers avec peu de connaissance technique pour solutionner cela...

All the products synked with my shopify stores as been transferred but the main image is not the good one. I tried to delete them to re add them after and it is really difficult
