garbage instructions, garbage AI on shopify to help. Shopify you need to start using all those profits to make better systems.

Extremely frustrating experience with the Shopify Facebook & Instagram App. I’ve been trying for the last 3 days to connect my Shopify store with Facebook and Instagram, and nothing is working properly.

The catalog is not syncing, permissions are unclear, and the setup keeps failing without any proper explanation. What’s worse is the lack of effective support—there’s no clear guidance or timely help to resolve the issue.

This app is supposed to make selling easier, but instead it’s wasting time and creating unnecessary stress. Definitely needs major improvement in functionality and customer support.
