Issues with shop not allowing me to link facebook products live on facebook. They used to be but now no

I like to use both apps as I can see products easily, search easily, read comments and reviews which helps me make decision

I just get 'oops something went wrong, try again later'.

This app is a glitchy, frustrating mess—just like everything else Meta puts out. Constant bugs, crashes, and an overall terrible user experience. Feels half-baked and poorly maintained. Disappointing.

Meta must be one of the worst businesses you MUST deal with to start a new business - when something goes wrong, it is near impossible to find support and even then I'm 3+ months along and still no resolution. Sad reality is the competition is not much better.

Very convenient, with a high level of integration with Shopify.

Very hard to use for neophyte, specially the ads reporting and managing

I have been locked out of my facebook for over a year and there is no live support - I have gone so far as to submit business records facial images for facial recognition and government issued id's. Nothing allows me access to my own account - so I have reached out to my congressmen and women's offices and sent documentation to show how this is effecting my ability to. Meta must do better to support - Shopify should assist as well.
