the app works fine within shopify, but the overview page does not provide many insights

It is not good. Meta event managet keeps saying Event_source_url is missing despite maximun datasharing. Not working.

Turning on discounts without my approval? Yeah, pretty sad.

Absolute nightmare to use anything made by Meta. Horrid experience, but unfortunately critical to online store operations if instagram is involved.

Buggy as hell, constant errors, discounts offered when they are not available. Poor execution.

Set this up through Shopify and it automatically created a new dataset in Meta separate from my current business profile. It's been impossible to merge them and has created a ton of headaches. Meta support hasn't been helpful at all either.

It's not very intuitive and difficult to navigate. There are too many different tools that have overlap and they've made it so difficult that sometimes it's not worth the hassle.

My account has been unexpectedly terminated. I have lost my business instagram. You might have well have deleted my entire business. This is horrible.

difficult, their business channel is unnecessary complicated, there is always issues and there is zero customer support, if there was any other options i would stop using it tomorrow!
