Absolutely frustrated with the Facebook & Instagram app for Shopify. I accidentally deleted the app, and now when I try to reinstall it, it just shows a gray screen and loops back to the install page over and over again. The app never actually installs.

I contacted support multiple times, but the guidance has been useless so far. No clear troubleshooting steps, no proper resolution — just endless back-and-forth while my store integration remains broken.

This is a critical app for running ads and syncing products, yet such a basic reinstall issue completely breaks the workflow. Really disappointing experience from both the app stability and the support team.

Please fix this reinstall loop issue properly.
