Facebook & Instagram

Hard to connect but I am a newby at this. Hopeful it gets easier

Meta is always changing for the worse everything.
Please, make a streamlined experience for advertisers and engineers.
The experience with your business products is pure nonsense.

The leave a review notification won't go away. The app is working like it's supposed to. No bugs so far.

I do most of my marketing on Facebook and Instagram so being able to connect it directly to my store is so amazing

So many issues similar to other reviews. Now trying to contact support as Shopify shows this app as 'unsupported' so I cannot create a catalog for Meta Ads. Rubbish app considering the size of the company and the money they could make if it worked properly!

Had a terrible time updating my catalog and connecting my facebook profile such that it has the right "permissions" to be useful. FAQ on Meta sites is bad and Shopify customer service also washes their hands of anything Meta and app related - i.e you're left to fend for yourself.

非常不好用,连给差评都不行,完全不好用, 非常难用,不推荐

Buena pero mediocomplicada al inicio si integras mal el pixel

It's not showing up on my Facebook on the computer

I am really disappointed as my Shopify account cannot show the catalogue in social media, Facebook and Instagram. It is under review for more than 4 weeks and I do not get any support.
