Tracking funktioniert nicht, trotz Einstellungen, Support / Fehlerbehebung in der App nicht durchführbar

I've been trying to connect to my social media platforms for years to sell and it's not working at all. Super frustrating

Cuando la desintalas y queres volver a instalar queda en un BUG que no lo solicita ni soporte de shopify, ni soporte de Meta.
Se pasan la pelota entre ellos. Y encima te dicen que contrates un desarrollador que lo resuelva.

The usual mess and labyrinth of options/permissions/assignments that turn something simple into an elaborate and complex project, daunting enough to take the budget elsewhere. But the hordes are on their platform, so what are you gonna do? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

the app works fine within shopify, but the overview page does not provide many insights

The platforms seem like the do no integrate with spiritual products

Very telling that there are so many 1 star reviews - Meta / Facebook is such a clunky minefield of over-complication, and when you have small things go wrong it takes hours of fiddling about to try to correct - and every action you take creates another issue. I'll just advertise elsewhere
