Fancy Product Designer

Outstanding customer support, fast responses, and very open to feedback for improvements.

For me FPD is very user friendly with an intuitive interface.
I have contacted customer support several times already. They provided quick and easy assistance with any issue. The experience was great

I've had a very positive experience with Fancy Product Designer so far. The app offers a lot of flexibility for creating customizable products, especially if you want customers to freely add and move images, text, stickers, and other design elements.

The support has also been excellent. Doro has been very patient and helpful in answering my questions, explaining different setup options, and even discussing some custom feature requests with the technical team.

I especially appreciate that they take the time to understand specific use cases instead of giving generic answers. For a store selling highly customizable products, that level of support is very valuable.

Overall, FPD is a powerful and flexible product designer with a helpful support team. Highly recommended.

Great app with exceptional support. The team responds super fast and even builds custom features to fit our requirements. On top of that, the UI is well-designed, intuitive and easy to navigate. Thank you very much!

So far, I'm very satisfied with the app and the support. So far, this app offers everything I need for my project.
We'll see if it stays that way.

The best print customizer that we have tried, very easy to use for both us and the customer. Some minor bugs occur occasionally, but they have a great support that answers within minutes and solves most of our problems. Well worth the money!

Good app with an excellent support team. They always help with issues and solve them quickly. Special thanks to Mam Doro for the great support and cooperation. Really appreciate the fast response and helpful service. Highly recommended!

A versatile app for product customisation with a wide range of settings. The helpdesk provides excellent support to get you started and continues to offer guidance as you use the app.

Fancy Product Designer isn't the cheapest option out there, but for anyone selling customized products, it's absolutely worth the investment. The configurator works great and gives our customers exactly the flexibility they need.

What really sets this plugin apart is the support team. They don't just answer your questions, they genuinely think along with you and go the extra mile to make things work. We had some small issues with our theme and they fixxed it all. Responsive, helpful, and actually pleasant to deal with.

Highly recommended for any Shopif with personalized products!

Always a pleasure to work with and very focused on helping me as a customer
