For me FPD is very user friendly with an intuitive interface.
I have contacted customer support several times already. They provided quick and easy assistance with any issue. The experience was great
Thanks for your kind review. We are always happy to help with any upcoming questions.
I've had a very positive experience with Fancy Product Designer so far. The app offers a lot of flexibility for creating customizable products, especially if you want customers to freely add and move images, text, stickers, and other design elements.
The support has also been excellent. Doro has been very patient and helpful in answering my questions, explaining different setup options, and even discussing some custom feature requests with the technical team.
I especially appreciate that they take the time to understand specific use cases instead of giving generic answers. For a store selling highly customizable products, that level of support is very valuable.
Overall, FPD is a powerful and flexible product designer with a helpful support team. Highly recommended.
Thanks for your kind words. We are happy to hear that you have had such a good experience with the app and our support team. If you run into any questions in the future, just reach out to us again. We will be happy to help.
Outstanding customer support, fast responses, and very open to feedback for improvements.
Hi,
thanks for your kind words. It's a pleasure working with you on your store project.
