HelpLab FAQ Page, Product FAQs

The app works great and has wide range of customizable aspects. Unfortunately the app doesn't work with the translation app "langify", so I have to wait for shopify to fix the problem, to use the app. But I am hooked with this one! Also Pratik is a very kind developer.

The application is great! It's super easy to use and the design features are great. I really like the search bar feature which is very efficient.
Special mention for the support : If you have any questions about the features, support is always there to help you and it is very reactive!

We were looking for a FAQ app enables adding Q&A quickly as possible because the list of Q&As must not be out-dated. Thanks to Easy FAQ's well structured and straightforward UI, we can add Q&A whenever we find a new Q&A. The support is superb, they could solve our theme specific matters in no time.

Love this app, it has transformed my FAQ page from what was a long page of nothing but dense-looking text into a clean, organised layout which is immediately engaging for my site visitors. Wonderful app. Super easy to implement and intelligently written. Took me about 10 minutes to set it all up. App is very quick--I ran my site on Google Page Speed Insights before/after install and there was no speed detriment at all. Support was excellent and immediate for simple requested custom modifications. Pricing very fair.

I have tried a few of the apps for FAQs and product questions. So far I Iike this one because it's simple but also quiet adaptable. With other apps I often hit issues because they only work on shopify 1 or shopify 2 themes. With this app there a few different ways to implement it. You don't end having to uninstall it and go and find another app!
