FBP | Fast Bundle & Upsell App

We needed an app urgently for a promotion that we wanted to run and after trying multiple apps that were recommended by the Shopify App Store this one was the easiest to use and to setup with our Prestige theme. Their customer service is the best I've seen in years and Ian was with us for every step of setting up our bundle. His knowledge and patience with us was exceptional!! Hands down the best experience we have had with any app, not just bundling apps. These guys don't deserve their flowers, they deserve their own flower shop!!! Great job team!

I had a great experience with Daisy from the Fast Bundle Support Team. She was very polite, patient, and helpful throughout the conversation. She understood my requirements for creating fixed 3-flavour and 6-flavour bundles on my Shopify store, with no option for customers to change the selected variants.

Daisy also helped me explore ways to display all the bundles together on the product page and improve the layout to make it more compact and user-friendly. She was attentive to my requirements and made an effort to find the best possible solution.

The app makes it easy to setup bundles that are more powerful than what Shopify allows with their native bundles. I had an issue with the UI in our add to cart widget and Henry in support helped resolve it immediately over live chat. The app and customer support have been great - the one thing I wish they had was an API or SDK to give merchants more power to change UI and implement custom rules themselves.

Henry was excellent. I was setting up a Mix and match bundle on a separate, unlisted landing page to split test against our main product pages, which isn't a standard setup. He replied within minutes and explained how the bundle's product page and theme template work together. He found the setting that stopped the bundle appearing on our other product pages, and raised a ticket with the dev team to add slashed pricing to the tier badges. Patient, quick and genuinely helpful. The app itself is flexible and easy to set up.

Great app. Intuitive and covers basically everything we want to do in a bundle. A plus point is the customer service who are surprisingly fast and helpful, thanks particularly to Henry for helping us sort out an issue with a good solution very quickly.

We've been using Fast Bundle for our Shopify store and recently encountered an issue with one of our bundle products. The bundle configuration worked correctly in the cart, but the variant selection and displayed pricing were not fully synchronized on the product page.

Sara from the support team responded quickly, understood the issue, and resolved it within a short time. Communication was clear and the fixes were implemented efficiently.

The team at FBP are always so helpful, they respond immediately and assist me with any issues I may have. The app and interface are really easy to work with, and when I come to any kind of wall, they help me get through it. I recommend this app to anyone who's looking for easy bundle and upsell options for their e-commerce brand.

There have been a few hiccups (like when FB didn't immediately support Shopify's extension to 250 variants) and when they were uninstalled for security issues. But overall the app is great, and does what it is supposed to. Customer service is very responsive, especially Louis, and we have been able to resolve any issues quickly.
