Great customer support, Rita helped me with the setup!
Thank you so much for the kind words! 🙌 Happy to help!
We're loving the app so far! The support provided has been amazing and the team helped to set up the entire integration for us - it's been a great way to increase AOV and our customer experience.
Thank you so much for the kind words! 🙌 We’re thrilled to hear you’re loving the app and that the set up support made the process smooth. It’s wonderful to know CartyLabs is helping boost AOV while enhancing your customer experience — exactly what we aim for. We’re excited to keep supporting your growth! We are grateful for you choosing to be our customers.
Great app with a great team. The app at first did not meet our specific needs to have two separate shipping options for two types of users on our site, but within a day the developers created custom code just to make it work for us. Excellent customer service and a very customizable app. I recommend this!
The developers of this app went WAY ABOVE and beyond to help me get it integrated with our store. I needed a specific button to be available on my shopping cart (outside of all of the awesome features that are already included) and they worked very hard to help make that happen. The new cart and checkout have been live for 10 days now and I am already noticing that our average order size is way up!
Loving it so far! Easy to use & their support is extremely helpful & responsive.
Thank you so much for sharing this feedback! 🙌 We’re glad to hear the CartyLabs upsell cart has been easy to use and is adding value to your store. Our team is committed to delivering the highest level of support and ensuring you always get the best experience. We truly appreciate having you as a valued customer and look forward to supporting your continued growth.
Incredible support so far. I had a question after their support time (6pm) and they emailed me after-hours to help me solve and followed up to ensure they would answer any follow up questions at 9am tomorrow.
5 stars!
Thank you so much! We really appreciate it. This motivates us to serve better. ❤️
This app works perfectly and has been so helpful for my store. The support team is super friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommend!
This is definitely a top-tier app for your e-commerce business. It will help in various ways, and the support is incredible. They go above and beyond for any help you need. If you need anything specific for your store, they will help you out and do their best to fix it asap. I really appreciate all your time and help, Rita including your developer, such a nice person!
Definitely a must-have app! Try, test, and activate all the features you need, and you're all set!
Thank you for your kind words. 🙏
L'équipe est au top. Reactive et efficace !
This app has already been extremely beneficial to our store and we haven't really fully used it yet. Also their customer service is top notch with a super quick response time and a solution driven approach to help fix things.
