I use this App since the beginning. Everything works great. One time Fastbill made a change in their system and the invoices werent generated automatically. So i called the Support and Hannah and her team sorted it out really fast and always checked on me for updates and If everything worked again. And yes it did. Everything is fine again. It just works :)
Thank you so much for these kind words – it truly means a lot to us! 🙏 We're so glad Hannah and the team could jump in quickly when that FastBill hiccup happened and get everything running smoothly again – that's exactly the kind of support experience we want every customer to have. Knowing that it "just works" for you is honestly the best feedback we could ask for, and if anything ever comes up again, don't hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for being with us from the beginning! 🌻
