FDL Breadcrumbs & Collections

David from the FDL support team helped me with a technical issue with breadcrumbs on product pages. His service was professional, solution-oriented and went above and beyond the call of duty.

What was particularly impressive:
- Quick and competent response to my request
- Willingness to work directly in the theme and solve the problem
- Detailed documentation of all changes with screenshots and exact file paths
- Proactive solution for future theme updates by providing the exact code locations
- Additional setup of a fallback solution via meta fields

David not only solved the problem, but also gave me all the information I needed to make the changes myself for future theme updates. That's real customer service!

The app works flawlessly and the support is first class. An absolute recommendation!
