The PluginHive support team (Touseef, Manohar, and Sibi) was responsive, thorough, and dedicated to solving the issue. They communicated clearly throughout the troubleshooting process, coordinated with their development team, and deployed a fix that passes a background placeholder postal code so rate requests succeed seamlessly.
Giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because it took a couple of testing rounds to get everything working fully, but overall, their support is top-notch and reliable. Thank you, PluginHive team!
The support team is fantastic! They always respond quickly and are very helpful with setting things up. The only thing I’d love to see is some documentation for the plugin, making it easier to understand and configure its features independently.
