FeedHub: Google Shopping Feed

So far, it’s been a great experience. We had a minor issue with the product feed not syncing to Meta, but support handled it quickly and efficiently. So far it seems great. Had a slight issue with product feed not syncing to FeedHub but contacted support and it was dealt with incredibly quickly and fixed at their end. Customer service was great too, kept updated as to what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. They then updated me again when it was fixed.

Straightforward & user-friendly app that uses Shopiy's native UI. Can use metafields to append product tittle + easy to set up AND / OR rules.

Support is good. It could improve a bit by not sounding like they follow a script. Once they actually passed my enquiry to the dev team, the issue was solved straight away.

I don’t often leave 5 star app reviews, but this one definitely deserves it. I’ve tried most of the other Google Shopping feed apps on Shopify, but FeedHub is by far the easiest to implement. The tools are comprehensive and have helped ensure that my products are no longer receiving any “needs attention” errors from Google. I also received excellent support from Julie during setup—she was knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful.

Generally works well. On occasion, products will just disappear from FeedHub with no warning (except from Google merchant center to advise of a sudden drop in products).

It's as if Feedhub suddenly can't see products, despite no changes being made to anything.

I can't complain too much as we're on the free plan.

Update: Tried fixing the issue for an hour, then tried support (on holiday). Have since uninstalled and tried a new app which is working fine.

Update 2: Well the new app did not have any historical product data with merchant center, which was about 4 years worth. So, I am back to Feedhub as losing that much data would be disastrous for an ad campaign. Reinstalling Feedhub seems to have fixed the issue, thankfully
