I love how easy to use this is
There are so many high quality products with low prices to load to your store, you cannot go wrong with this supplier!
Unlimited usage is great for starting off
Fiidom has been really disappointing. The app hangs constantly, the store connection is unreliable, and the features don’t work as smoothly as advertised. Importing products and placing bulk orders ended up taking more time than it saved. Overall, it hasn’t improved my workflow at all.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced while using Fiidom.
After checking our support tickets, we noticed that we did not receive any ticket regarding these issues, so unfortunately we were unable to investigate and resolve them in a timely manner. We also tried to contact you previously but did not receive a response.
We truly want to help improve your experience. If possible, please reinstall the app and our team will be happy to guide you step by step to make sure everything is working properly for your store.

What stands out to me is the consistency. The product syncing is reliable, the design editor responds quickly, and I don’t have to worry about broken links or missing variants anymore. It’s a solid experience overall.
Fiidom Dropship has really changed the way we run our dropshipping business. The AI tool helps us find trending products fast, and adding them to Shopify only takes one click. The bulk order and auto-sync features save a lot of time, and it works smoothly with DSers and Zendrop. It’s a great app for anyone serious about dropshipping.
I installed Fiidom a few weeks ago and I'm impressed. The one-click import works flawlessly and AI product suggestions helped me discover more winning items. Order syncing is smooth. Support answered a question I had within hours. highly recommended for anyone in dropshipping
Only been with Fiidom for a week. Imported 1 product with ease. Used AI to change description with ease also. Only thing I had to figure out was, the prices listed on website were retail or cost pricing.
Pushed over 100 products to my store, took me over a week because the system either couldn’t recognize the AliExpress link or it would fail altogether. Checked my product center and not only did the product titles not sync after I changed them in Shopify, only the last 10 products out of over 100 products are showing, and are now unmapped
