Ich kann zwar Bilder in Ordner sortieren, das bring nur nichts weil ich bei der Bildauswahl auf der Produktseite nicht die Ordnerstruktur habe
Hi there! We would love to be able to show folders when you're picking images for your variants, but there doesn't yet exist a way for us to do that. Once that becomes possible, we'll be sure to add that functionality to our app.
I got multiple folder layers deep to organise my files and the app kept crashing. On top of that when I did upload a file it would upload it multiple time into my File section.
I needed 13 folders each with 5-10 subfolders to hold tens of PDFs in each subfolder.

I wish there were instructions that came with the app. It isn't very intuitive to use. You can be in a folder you made and upload a file and it doesn't automatically show up in the folder. You then need to find it in the many pages of photos that are shown below and check the box for any images you want to show up in the folder. Then click the small button in the upper right area "Add to Folder." Hopefully the developer will figure out a way to give better instructions somehow. I couldn't find any documentation for the app, but then again, I'm not sure where to go to find it. I also wish there was a way to view larger photo thumbnails and not just the list view which makes the photo too tiny to see what it is.
Thanks for the detailed feedback! You're absolutely right, the previous experience was a bit lacking on the user experience side of things.
We've addressed all of these in our latest update: improved onboarding/documentation, auto-adding files to folders when uploading from the app, larger thumbnail previews, and a cleaner UI. We'd love for you to give it another shot. Again, thank you for taking the time to give feedback.

It doesn't work. You can create folders but then you can't upload any images to it. Every image upload fails, no matter how small the image, no matter what type.
I don't understand how Shopify doesn't have this off the shelf to organise files.

We’ve carefully reviewed the file upload functionality on our end and have confirmed that it’s working as intended.
Just to clarify, images need to be uploaded first via the app, and once all uploads are complete, you’ll need to click "Add to Folder" to move them into your selected folder.
