Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

LIsten, I didn't get name, though it was right there in the header. But I know that sentient is a keeper. S/he solved my frustion in one sitting. I love the approach to problem solving. I learned a lot more than I had intended. Thank you.

My issue was user error, but I received a lightning-fast response from Hassan and he was wonderful to work with. Very patient and polite and professional. I recommend this app fully - even for noobies such as myself.

I had an issue where I didn't have something set up properly and Nagaraj stuck with me until it was resolved. Great Support!

I am new to selling digital products, but so far I am happy with my choice of Filemonk. I have found all of the answers to my questions about set up, and the support person I chatted with briefly was very helpful. Will recommend to my other e-commerce buddies.

The app is easy to use and support for issues or questions is easy and quick. Thank you to Sneha for helping me through DKIM authentication!

I love the beginner friendliness of this app. The prices are also a plus & I haven’t received any complaints so far.

Je commence à explorer cette application performante et simple à comprendre! Ce qui est génial et qui compte, c'est que vous avez un support parfaitement disponible et très réactif, qui vous assiste sérieusement et qui vous lâche pas! Merci à cette équipe.

The app works seamlessly. Customer service is some of the best I have received. I can't wait to get more products in store to use with this app. If you have tried others and son't like them, look no further. I couldn't be more happy with the integration.

This is a great app. It works flawlessly. We had a minor problem, and their team fixed it fast. We at coolmoondesigns.com are extremely happy with the product and the support team is outstanding. I highly recommend this product.

Digital Downloads is the perfect solution for selling Digital products online and the customer service is 10/10, I would highly recommend.
