The app works great for sending out our digital products. When we have asked support for anything they have been very prompt and efficient. Great product from a great company!

Excelente App! Me ayuda a automatizar todas mis entregas. El complemento ideal en Shopify!

Great app and excellent support. Paul was very helpful and quickly fixed the issue with the sending/reply-to email address. Everything is now working perfectly. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience working with Paul! He quickly helped me resolve a small issue with great communication and super fast service. Very satisfied with his help and would definitely recommend him!

We’ve been using FileMonk for around a year now. The support team has been excellent. We recently required an enhancement to support EU digital sales and they implemented the feature in only a couple of days. We tried several other digital sales apps and decided on this on based on feature set, cost and responsiveness of the dev team.

Service very good. And works everytime a customer makes an order for my digital products

I am quite new to this app, but so far a brilliant experience. Great customer service. Easy to manage. I recommend!
