I haven't launched my store yet, but I do have everything set up with Filemonk. I also have already tested all of the processes and can confirm that they all work smooth. With the $20/m plan (which their great support can get lowered if you are just starting out) you can have your full system for your digital products 100% in your store, with no Filemonk branding on any screens. Great app. I've been using it for 4 months so far to have my digital products delivered and have had no one issue. Pricing is also great
At first, I wasn’t quite sure how to use it, but when I asked via chat, they were quick to give me helpful instructions.
Once you get the hang of it, it’s really easy. I think it’s easy to use even for small businesses.

Shashi was very helpful and was able to edit my download page to make the font larger (as my brand font was very small). It was done super quickly and Shashi was very friendly. He then helped me again to sort out some technical stuff in the back end.

I have been trying for weeks to get my DKIM verified but without success luckily Nagaraj came on line and because I didn't know how to do what was suggested (despite the information being given clearly) he went and sorted things out for me. Thank you so much. I always find the customer service of Filemonk to be excellent. They never let a problem beat them and help customers sort out problems all the way.
