L'assistance m'a aidé et a résolu mon souci de DKIM pour approuver mon adresse mail. Cependant, cela a pris beaucoup de temps, environ 2 heures pour moins de 10 messages. Soyez patient si vous avez un souci.
J'aime beaucoup l'application et ses fonctionnalités, qui sont vraiment excellentes et répondent bien à mes besoins. Toutefois, le service client est crucial pour les utilisateurs, surtout dans des situations urgentes. Mon problème était assez urgent et cela faisait 3 jours que je n'arrivais pas à le résoudre avec les explications dans les paramètres. Donc, quand le service client traîne, c'est un peu décevant.
Malgré cela, l'application dans son ensemble reste super, et le prix est très abordable pour ce qu'elle offre. Avec quelques améliorations du côté du service client, l'expérience utilisateur serait encore meilleure.
Hey there! Thanks for writing a review and appreciate the kind words about the app. I totally understand the frustration with not receiving messages on time. When you worked with our team to set up the app, our average response time was in the 30 minutes range. Since then, we've made massive improvements - in process and team - and our average response time is now down to < 10 minutes. Which means that any issue, no matter how big or small, will be addressed fast. :)

The app has worked great for me with no issues in the year I have used it. Easy to set up and manage - I started with the free plan but soon wanted the added features so I upgraded a few months ago. I would recommend this app for any shop selling digital products.
UPDATE July 2025 - I've been so impressed with Filemonk—especially the customer service. I recently reached out to ask about a feature that would allow me to sell both digital and physical items without auto-fulfilling physical orders. Hassan went above and beyond! Not only did he clearly explain how to enable the feature, but he also created a test order and sent me detailed screenshots to walk me through the process. The communication was excellent, and the support was truly next level. This feature alone kept me as a customer—huge thanks to Hassan and the team!

I struggled getting our digital downloads up and running until I found Filemonk. We've had it for several months and after figuring out the initial steps to load digital content, its worked great. After several months, I had a question, and Sandesh got back to me super quickly with a helpful answer, very good customer service. I really like how the Download now feature appears in the customer thank you email - its very helpful for the customer. Definitely would recommend this app.
Very good app for my needs, customers get instant delivery and pretty much had no problems, works very well with Shopify. Love it. The founders continuously take action to improve the app and bring costs down. Very impressed.
I switched to this app to sell my digital content in December, my busiest time of the year, because the app that I was using previously started to fail. Since my merge to this app, I have received outstanding support from them anytime I have a question.
They are very responsive and detail oriented. They were able to walk me through the entire process of merging from the old app to this one and went above and beyond to make sure that it went flawlessly.

We have been using Filemonk for the last year and are so happy with the digital delivery service. We have also used them in conjunction with a subscription service and they have integrated seamlessly. The few minor issues we have had, the customer service has been very responsive and resolved it very quickly.

Great app, very easy and intuitive to use. I like how much you can customize it, you can set it so files are delivered from your own email, change the email text, logo, and message, as well as revoke access to the files if the purchaser requests a refund. Best of all support is very quick to respond and go out of your way to make sure the features work.
Perfect app, very intuitive and easy to setup. Works great, customers can download their files right from the thank you page and they also receive an email. I haven't had one customer yet ask me where their files are. Great app
