This is a great app and so easy to use. It has made managing my digital files. It has made it so easy for me and my customers. I have found Filemonk is perfect for my needs and would recommend this app to anyone!
It was free when I got it a few months ago and now it's 3gb free bandwith per month. That's like nothing. Digital Downloads by Shopify gives more and is free. This got paid, we lost functions, so this app goes bye bye
Hey there! Thanks for writing a review, and sorry for the trouble. We do our best to support merchants with a high quality app that's feature rich and incredibly cost effective. While we ran the app free for some time, we had to introduce paid plans eventually to continue building the app. Since your review, we've added more plans and options - now you can sell up to 30 orders per month for free and upgrade only when you're ready. Not only that, we run seasonal promotions that can get you the app for up to 60% off for 3 months.
We'd love to see you on the app again if you'd consider giving us another chance. I'm sure that you'll come to love the app after seeing how far we've come in feature set and pricing. :)

Works perfectly, delivers our digital files with no issues. So nice to be able to get started for free, that makes me more than happy to pay for it when we grow and start selling more. Thanks so much for the perfect app!
Just installed the app last night. I was looking for a seamless digital download experience for clients and this could not be more perfect. No issues at all and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Very very happy so far.
Thank you so much for the kind words in your review! I recently launched new features & plans that'll better support your business. Please do check them out and & reach out if you have any feedback, suggestions or queries. Have a great day. :)
I had an issue uploading a large file (7gb) so I contacted the Filemonk support team and they we're extremely helpful and even uploaded the file for me. There aren't many free apps that support that file size so I'm glad I found this one!
I found this app when looking for a good way to organized our digital product library. I was very impressed with the intuitive interface and how easy it was to set up. So far we have had no issues to note and it has done everything we need.
So helpful getting set up - Kartik goes that extra mile. He's always there when I have a question. My download page looks inviting and professional. My digital downloads are not large files, and starting out with my website, free is important!
This app has been fantastic so far! Has completely met our needs for Digital Products on our website, and in our case the app is totally free. A huge shoutout to the creator, Kartik, for creating such an awesome service for the Shopify community.
Recomendada 100%.
Great app!! Easy to get everything setup within an hour. I used it to send important files to customers and it worked always in time. Besides Support was timely and very helpful. I highly recommend it. I´m looking forward to use it again with my next event. Thanks!
