I moved to Filemonk from a very low-rated competitor who raised their prices over 700%. The app works flawlessly and the customer service has been wonderful. Highly recommend Filemonk for digital downloads!
I’ve been using Filemonk for a while now for digital downloads on my Shopify store, and honestly it’s been great. It was really easy to set up, and once it was running, everything just worked.
Customers get their files instantly after purchase, which has made the whole process much smoother for us and cut down on support emails. The app is simple to use and does exactly what it’s supposed to do without being complicated.
Also, their support team has been super helpful whenever I had questions. Definitely one of the better Shopify apps I’ve used.
Have had a great experience with the Filemonk team. Had a small issue on my end early on. The service team was lightening fast to help me figure it out.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 😊
