This app has been pretty straight forward to set up, and help has been great. Chat was very responsive, and I was able to get help from someone on a Sunday and the issue was resolved quickly. I recommend this as a great digital download solution, especially for smaller businesses just getting started.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I am happy I could help you set up our App in your store. :)
Please let me know if you require any additional assistance with setting up our app.

Customer Service is top! I ased for a discount to fully test the app longer than the 14 days and they did not hesitate and made sure I was all set. The app is very easy to use, straightforward and clean.
Ich nutze Filemonk derzeit für digitale Produkte in PDF-Form und bin super zufrieden - einfach zu installieren und funktioniert einwandfrei! DANKE

For us, its a gamechanger and exactly what we've been looking for.
Also, the fast support is truly amazing. Big Thanks to Anaam for the fast and precise support. for setting everything up that i was missing and for double checking all the previous configurations that were done by myself. I appreciate that alot!
Keep it up, can recommend 100% !!
Thank you so much for the kind words in your review and for the name mention as well :)
It was my pleasure to help set up the 'download button' on the thank you page. I love what you sell and wish you the best of luck.

Best Digital Product App on Shopify, works as expected. The only thing I am missing would be more customization option for the email templates.
I'm using this app in combination with the Buy Button API on an external website, meaning that our original Shopify storefront is disabled. It works perfectly. The developer is very responsive. Thumbs up!
I had an issue with customers downloading their ebook and they fixed the issue is under 30 mins! Thank you so much for making my customers your priority!
