Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

Love this app! They make it easy to attach files to your listings and I have not had one issue with Filemonk. Easy to use, easy to understand and easy to get started. Just what I needed. Very happy for over a year and I am selling a ton of files, thanks in part to them :)

I’ve been using this app to manage digital products and it has made the whole delivery process much easier. Setup was straightforward, and customers can get their files quickly after completing an order without us having to manually send anything.

I also really like how clean and easy the interface is. It saves a lot of time when managing multiple digital products, and the support team has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, a reliable solution for Shopify stores selling ebooks, PDFs, downloads, or other digital products.

We needed a reliable way to deliver digital products after purchase, and this app has made the entire process seamless. Uploading files, managing downloads, and automatically delivering purchases all work exactly as expected. The interface is clean and easy to use, even for stores with a large number of digital assets. We've also had a great experience with the support team—they're quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Overall, it's a dependable solution that has saved us a lot of manual work and improved the customer experience.

einfacher in der Bedienung als die anderen Anbieter, ich habe zwei andere ausprobiert, bin dann bei Filemonk geblieben

File management and digital product delivery have become much easier since we started using this app. The setup was straightforward, and uploading and organizing files is simple. It also makes delivering digital products to customers feel seamless and professional, which saves us a lot of manual work.

Nice easy to use app that consistently delivers audio files to my customers. I like that I'm able to customize the emails. Very easy to create digital products and link to store products. Working exactly how I need it to.

Easy to setup and great customer service

The best! Always available for help and such an intuitive and well built system! i could not have launched our company without them!

so far so good. when I don't get complaints about download issues, I call that win.

We’ve been using FileMonk for around a year now. The support team has been excellent. We recently required an enhancement to support EU digital sales and they implemented the feature in only a couple of days. We tried several other digital sales apps and decided on this on based on feature set, cost and responsiveness of the dev team.
