Honestly I don't like it, many customers complaint of error. Customer queries increased a lot. Not expected this
Easy-to-use and convenient app. The support is very responsive and quick. I signed up after the trial and have been using it ever since. Definitely recommend!
Works well - have had a few downloads in a couple of days and all looks very good
Momna was an absolute star helping me with my query. Easy to use, much better than the software built by Shopify

Ich nutze Filemonk derzeit für digitale Produkte in PDF-Form und bin super zufrieden - einfach zu installieren und funktioniert einwandfrei! DANKE
Nagaraj was absolutely wonderful to work with to adjust a few minor form settings for me. Despite his busy workload, he kindly made the adjustments and was so patient and graciou with me (I'm very new to Shopify and the Filemonk app). Support at Filemonk has been incredible and that gives me a lot of confidence to start selling my digital products! Thank you, Nagaraj!

We love filemonk and couldn't run our business without it! And customer service is quick and helpful!
Very happy with this app. I had a technical issue with the Download button not appearing, probably because I don't understand html etc, but the team sorted it out very quickly and it's all working fine!
