Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

This is the best digital products app on Shopify.

First of all, it's one of the only apps I could find that allows an external link to digital products rather than a downloadable file. My digital products are already hosted online, so there is nothing to download, but Filemonk lets me use the download button as a link. (Other apps always require you to upload a file). The button appears on thank you pages and in an email. And customers can always revisit the order page where their digital products are listed. Perfect.

Also, they have excellent support. Sneha and Anaam dealt with all my questions within minutes. At one point I even asked to adjust a feature and it was implemented by the developers the next day.

The pricing is affordable and they are generous with discounts. The feature ideas forum tab is a good sign that they listen to feature requests.

Excellent customer service and refreshing to finally talk to a support agent who knows what they are doing.

Shashi was very helpful and was able to edit my download page to make the font larger (as my brand font was very small). It was done super quickly and Shashi was very friendly. He then helped me again to sort out some technical stuff in the back end.

I have been trying for weeks to get my DKIM verified but without success luckily Nagaraj came on line and because I didn't know how to do what was suggested (despite the information being given clearly) he went and sorted things out for me.
