Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

Love this app! They make it easy to attach files to your listings and I have not had one issue with Filemonk. Easy to use, easy to understand and easy to get started. Just what I needed. Very happy for over a year and I am selling a ton of files, thanks in part to them :)

I’ve been using this app to manage digital products and it has made the whole delivery process much easier. Setup was straightforward, and customers can get their files quickly after completing an order without us having to manually send anything.

I also really like how clean and easy the interface is. It saves a lot of time when managing multiple digital products, and the support team has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, a reliable solution for Shopify stores selling ebooks, PDFs, downloads, or other digital products.

We needed a reliable way to deliver digital products after purchase, and this app has made the entire process seamless. The interface is clean and easy to use, even for stores with a large number of digital assets. We've also had a great experience with the support team—they're quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Overall, it's a dependable solution that has saved us a lot of manual work and improved the customer experience.
