My store theme wasn't compatible upon installation, but the Flintverse team delivered exceptional customer service to get us set up quickly. They were quick to respond, patient when I took a day to reply, and then took action immediately when I needed it. Highly recommend!

I genuinely can't say enough good things about Findter! Their team has been incredibly accommodating and responsive. I've worked with a lot of Shopify apps, and I don't think I've ever experienced customer service this quick or willing to help. Even before I paid anything! They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked the way we wanted.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be adding keyword and synonym mapping to the search functionality. With that being said, their advanced features are already great and help a lot!

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the app's functionality, the outstanding support, and the pricing, which is especially affordable compared to other options when you're working with a large SKU catalog. Highly recommend!

Excellent app, easy to use and very functional. I had been using another app for a while, but encountered many problems, so have changed findter and so far super happy. Mika has also been really helpful with customizations and questions. Highly recommended.
