I had a great experience with MO: Country Blocker & IP Block. I reached out to support regarding an issue with country blocking, and Kanishtha was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She responded promptly, understood the problem straight away, and guided me through the solution efficiently.
The support was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s reassuring to know the team is so responsive and willing to assist when needed.
Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for reliable country and IP blocking, backed by excellent customer support.
Doesn't block all countries and suddenly decided to block my country's customers. I didn't change any settings.
We're sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. This isn’t expected behavior, and the app is working normally for other stores.
We did reach out earlier to investigate this further on your store so we could identify and fix the issue, but we didn’t hear back before the app was uninstalled.
We’d be more than happy to review this for you and get everything working smoothly. Please reach out to us at ecommercesupport@xecurify.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving this.
this app is by far the best, I was getting over 100 email fake sign ups from bots from overseas, messed up my customer database with fake accounts, and exceeded my mailerlite email subscriber limit which ended up with me spending money unnecessary. I only ship to UK post codes so it made sense to have a firewall to block international countries and since then my fake bot account sign ups and fake traffic as now stopped. Customer service is a defo 10 out of 10!!
