Cymbiotika - Our experience with Firework has been great. We use firework for UGC videos on our Product Pages as well as using it for Livestreams when we do product launches. It is reliable and the team is also super responsive. We also recently used the simultaneous livestream feature to go live on Instagram and it was a success. We are excited to continuing working with Firework and all of its features!
Thank you so much for the review! We love UGC videos on product pages as well as your livestream experience. We are equally excited to continue supporting your success!
I would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10!
We were using another UGC video vendor and was called out on their user experience on our site. We switched to Firework and could not be happier.
Conversion and engagement has increased tenfold and they have very good support! Could not recommend more!
Thanks so much for your review. We are here to support your continued success and excited to drive more conversion and engagement on your side!
I recently started using Firework’s shoppable video app to promote my coffee machine retail site. The set-up process was very easy to figure out by myself. The app has been helpful to showcase my products visually and tell the story behind my business. I would definitely recommend it!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review. We appreciate your input and glad to hear your positive experience with our product and onboarding experience.
Very useful app. The interface is very well developed, and the CS staff is really supportive and helpful. Solved my issue very fast.
Great app with excellent service - loved being able to have a Zoom call for assistance on what turned out to be a simple fix. Thank you!
Great app with excellent support
Liking the app so far, it’s been smooth to set up and works well for our needs. The customer support team has been super helpful and responsive whenever we’ve had questions. Thanks!

I had the pleasure of receiving support from Rebeca and Geevan, and I must say they were absolutely fantastic! Both were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They made sure all my concerns were addressed promptly and with a positive attitude. It's rare to come across such attentive and supportive customer service, and I truly appreciate their efforts in making my experience with the Firework App so much smoother. Thank you, Rebeca and Geevan, for your outstanding support!
This is a feature we really wanted to have on our eco shopify site to show UGC videos of our products. Had a little trouble in the setup but the customer service was responsive especial Tal helped work though some of the issues. Look forward to getting to know this product and see results.
