Let customers edit or cancel orders before fulfillment, with rules you control.

Customers can switch to an in-stock size or color of the same product and price, reduce quantities, cancel, or cancel unpaid bank-transfer/COD orders before fulfillment. Set deadlines by change type and choose automatic or manual refunds. Pro accepts text corrections for staff to apply. Add the app to your order status page. No discounted size/color or quantity edits, subscriptions or extra payments. Requires new customer accounts. Paid plans bill in JPY, else USD.
