The app can suddenly crash randomly until you find out you have probably lost multiple sales due to customers not being able to get the cart to appear.
The app has good potential, but bugs appear too frequently. While customer service takes too long to respond to an email or there is no chat to contact anyone. I have been waiting 4 days to fix a problem with the currency in the Progres Shipping bar...
Hey Indigo Luna store! It doesn't appear that you're receiving our support replies by email currently. (Please check your spam folder just in case!) Our team has also tried to get in touch via your shop's contact form. Please email us at help@fluorecent.co, and provide us with an alternative email address that we can try to use to connect with your team.
The best ROI of any app I have in my store.
I started using these guys back when they were Obsidian upsell and it was an instant success. In the years/months since they've only gotten BETTER. Their cart is a super simple install and has a ton of features that drive big $$$ for us.
I reached out to Frederique with a specific ask and they were able to build out a custom solution for us to help us do even better this BFCM.
Highly recommend!!
Thank you!! We're so glad we were able to help out and we hope that the sale is a big success!!
We've been exploring many apps but none integrated beautifully and seamlessly with our theme as Flash Cart did (which is also developed by Fluorescent team). Already in-love with it and the team is just beyond amazing.
They were very quick with their response and offered solutions that was very specific to our site.
everything is fine :) would love to have more options like UpCart has (ie the option to directly write a coupon code inside the cart drawer). and more flexibility in adding own icons below the Go to checkout button
Thank you for your feedback - we apologize for this issue. Flash Cart does provide an in-app alert that the cross-sell threshold has been reached, however per your feedback, we have also activated an additional email alert.
In case our support response didn’t reach you yesterday, we’ve also credited your account for one month. We appreciate your business and hope this resolves your issue!
Love this app so much! It is so user-friendly, blends seamlessly with our theme, and it looks very sleek. Couldn't be more pleased...and the price is amazing!
Can only recommend Incentivize to anyone looking for a clean solution for a cart drawer. What it is lacking in incentives implemented yet (which soon will be of way broader scope) it is making up for in service and individual problem solving. We had a great experience implementing everything based on our needs. That i.e. included contacting third party app developers to get our mix of apps to work with Incentivize. The team has years of experience at working at Shopify and it shows! Pricing is more than fair as well.
Glad you're liking it Simon 🙏🙏🙏. Our experience at Shopify was a huge help, this rocket's just launching and it's only going to get more powerful :)
So much good feedback to share:
- aesthetically this app is the nicest upsell one I have seen (and I researched for awhile!)
- implementing literally took me minutes (and I have a multi-lingual site) - the support is truly the best. They respond within hours and so genuinely want to help you resolve any issues. - results!! My basket size has increased! I can’t say enough good - these guys know what they’re doing!
🙌 Basket size increasing is music to our ears. Glad to have a part in helping you sell more! :)
We have been endlessly looking for a quality upsell-style app to work with our cart drawer. Most everything either doesn't look and feel professional or do not function how we want. This is a very high quality app that has instantly generated results. As well, the built-in analytics provide great insight into the performance of the app. The team at Obsidian have been tremendously helpful with any question I have asked. Very highly recommended.
