We’ve been running Flayr for a few months, and our customers have adopted it more than we expected. They now use the chat to get answers to their questions, which has noticeably cut our support volume. They also use it to edit their subscription products themselves, and it’s been growing our email list and putting our current promos in front of shoppers. It replaced several separate tools for us.

The results are real. Orders that come through Flayr conversations now make up about 25% of our revenue, just from giving shoppers a chatbot they want to use.

Compliance was our biggest concern going in. We’re in an industry where an AI making health claims would be a serious problem. With the guardrails Flayr lets you set on the backend, every conversation we’ve reviewed has stayed compliant. It works smoothly on desktop and mobile, and their support team has been excellent whenever we’ve asked how to get more out of it.
