FlexSync has been an excellent addition to our South African Shopify store, especially for managing a large product catalogue where keeping stock levels and pricing updated can otherwise become very time-consuming.
The app has made the whole process much easier and more manageable, and the support from their team has been outstanding. I recently needed assistance with an issue and Badrul was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. He took the time to assist me properly and made sure everything was sorted out.
It is always reassuring to use an app where you know there is a responsive and knowledgeable support team behind it.
I would highly recommend FlexSync to anyone running a Shopify store with a large catalogue or needing an efficient way to keep product information, stock and pricing synchronized. A very useful app with fantastic customer service!

This is outstanding customer support. Special shout-out to Badrul, who gave up his weekend to troubleshoot an issue that wasn't even a FlexSync issue at all! I cannot say enough good things. 5 stars all the way.
Thank you for the kind words. That issue turned out to be outside FlexSync, but it was still blocking your store so it was worth the weekend. Anything else comes up, I’m here.
