Flits Loyalty Rewards Program

The app is great and the support team is AMAZING! They were extremely helpful with getting everything set up on our storefront and dialed in just the way we want it. Flits is a comprehensive customer portal management app that has allowed us to integrated rewards, subscriptions, order details, and referrals into a single unified platform. The customer service we received from Flits is exactly what everyone wants but never actually gets. I reached out because there was a problem with the integration with our theme. I'm still in shock at the fast turn around, and accurate work! Not to mention I misunderstood something and sent them on wild goose chase YET it was handled 100% professionally. Excellent customer service. I needed the wishlist to specifically appear to the right of my add-to-cart button and I didn't know how to do that myself. Their dev team was quick and got the job done. And I'm very excited to see how well the app improve my conversion rate. I've installed several wishlist apps, but I feel that this is one of the best and most economical! Definitely give these guys a try!

Love this app and the developers behind it! Very good functionality and options. Looks and works great on mobile. Would highly recommend using Flits to upgrade your customer dashboard, Flits is so much better than the standard Shopify customer dashboard and much better than the other customer dashboard apps we looked at. Plus, their team is very responsive and helpful if you need assistance with the integration. Highly recommend!!

Amazing custom account app; makes you wonder why the default Shopify customer page is so dull. Their support also helped me integrate Growave Referral links, Recharge Subscription App, Paywhirl, and the Freshdesk widget — super responsive and willing to go the extra mile! I just use the Flits Customer Account Page feature; I use Growave instead of the Flits customer referral and Flits social login features. I would recommend that setup.

I have installed and configured it today and I was stuck as I am not very techy on Shopify code and I had some custom requirements too. I raised a ticket and Vaibhav promptly helped me and solved the problem. Now I have all I need for my customers under the account section, and I love the way the account page blends with my overall theme!! A must try if you want some serious business.

Great experience so far since installation, the customisation is adequate and the end user experience is worlds apart from the stock experience from Shopify! Support has been efficient and my requests have been fulfilled normally within a couple of hours! Excellent! I'm using 3rd party apps for the wishlist and rewards scheme and they happily integrated them into my accounts section with no issues just the way I requested. Thank you everyone at Flits :)

This is exactly the app I was searching for - I can reward users with credits instead of fixed percentage coupons! I am using it now to increase the number of reviews left by customers. So far - so good! What I like the most... is the dev support team! I've worked with many apps and I can tell that they have skills. Every request for tweaks, bug fixes or requests, they fix 100%. The cherry on top is that the support is fast!! 5 out of 5 stars - one of the best apps on Shopify!
