This app and the team are amazing! The app works really well and has all the right features for us. The team have gone above and beyond to deal with every request we've had (There's been a lot) and managed to do everything we requested very quickly and professionally. Really couldn't ask for a better service so thank you guys!

This app has transformed our customer account page into a much more functional and customer friendly layout. It is easy to use and install and has a great FAQ page for assistance. I also had a specific request for the profile page which the developer accommodated quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend giving this app a try.

My site theme doesn't have a very good, built in customer portal. Flits to the rescue. The customer portal is extremely well designed and user friendly. Plus the support from the team is unmatched. They've even integrated some of my other customer-facing apps into Flits to make for a seamless customer experience overall. Highly recommended.

The team over at Flits delivers! We needed more than Shopify's basic customer page. We needed an elegant dashboard with tabs for orders, addresses, rewards, and subscriptions. They were amazingly flexible when it came to incorporating information from 3rd party apps. And they even got UPS tracking info to show up on the orders tab. You all are the best!

I am so impressed by the customer service. I used to be veeery impressed by Shopify team (still am) but Flits team really reach another level of service. The app also helps me a lot with my returns, I was sick of generating coupons that didn't make sense, couldn't be divided etc. Now I can give € directly to my clients. I believe it will totally help my sales grow

We have been using Flits for a little while now and they have been very helpful since we installed it. Any time we reach out with a concern, they take care of it very quickly. For our wishlist, they even added a save for later function from our cart which is great (not sure if this is a regular feature now). Overall I would definitely recommend working with them!

Ti da una mano significativa perché ti permette di avere una pagina account molto performante, veloce, integrata e personalizzabile senza dover passare giorni a scrivere codici nel tema. Il servizio clienti è veramente molto competente: riesce a risolverti i problemi più disparati, dal funzionale al grafico, come se fosse il proprio sito.

We use the advanced account profile, store credit app and referral for our store. It works great and integrates with Klaviyo to automate a lot of the notifications and bring customers back for repeat orders. The team is very supportive and have helped us multiple times to make customisations to improve the user experience based on our business needs. Great product and great team!

I would recommend this app for anyone who wants a better looking and full featured Customer Account page. The standard layout looks so much better than the Shopify Account page. I contacted Flits support to implement a custom feature and they responded quickly and professionally.
